Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Packaging: Products should be returned in the original packaging or a similar protective package to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear that has been tried on, worn, or washed.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

International orders outside of the USA & Canada are not eligible for return or exchange

How to Return:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at info@bytouchmelovely.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send back your items.
  3. Shipping: Pack the items securely and include the return authorization number. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

Exchanges:
